Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using RotorCare. By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
RotorCare provides tools for aircraft and configuration records, inspections, life-limited parts, technical directives, maintenance history, document uploads, reminders, and company collaboration. Features may vary by app version and account permissions.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and operational information and protect your sign-in credentials.
- Access only aircraft, companies, and records that you own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and documents you enter, upload, or share, and for obtaining required permissions.
- Do not use RotorCare to store or share unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized material.
3. Your content and privacy
You retain the rights you have in the content you submit. You authorize us to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support RotorCare. We handle personal information under the RotorCare Privacy Policy.
4. Aviation maintenance and continuing-airworthiness disclaimer
RotorCare is a management aid, not a substitute for approved source material or an authorized maintenance release.
Always follow current applicable aviation regulations, manufacturer manuals, approved maintenance programs, airworthiness directives, service information, approved data, and the judgment of personnel holding the required authorization.
- Due dates, remaining-life values, status labels, and reminders depend on user-entered data and configured rules. Verify them against original records and current approved source material.
- RotorCare does not grant maintenance, release-to-service, airworthiness, or operating authority. Uploading a file does not mean it has been reviewed, approved, accomplished, or released.
- If an app result conflicts with official source material, the aircraft's actual condition, or professional judgment, stop relying on that result and follow the authoritative source and applicable procedures.
- The pilot in command and appropriately authorized maintenance personnel remain responsible for their respective operational and maintenance decisions.
5. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep RotorCare available, but connectivity, devices, service-provider outages, maintenance, or events beyond our control may interrupt the service. Keep any original records and backups required by your organization or applicable law.
6. Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using RotorCare and initiate account deletion in the app at any time. Account access is disabled when the deletion request succeeds. Records that must be retained under aviation, company, safety, or audit requirements may remain for the necessary period and scope. We may suspend access for security, legal, or material terms violations. See Account Deletion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
RotorCare is provided as a software management service and may not be available without interruption or error. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made by relying on incomplete or unverified user data or for losses caused by a failure to follow current approved aviation procedures.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Service provider: Jinan Hangwei Technology Co., Ltd. Email: admin@rotorkeep.com.
