1. Service
FlightFlow is an iPhone tool for recording flight tasks, assisting with weight and balance and performance calculations, and producing PDF task reports. Signed-in users may sync supported data.
2. Eligibility & account
Account users must be at least 16 and hold any qualifications required for their aviation activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. Permitted use
- Use FlightFlow to manage your own or your organisation's flight records.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not rely on FlightFlow as the sole basis for any operational decision.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code beyond what applicable law permits.
- Do not use FlightFlow to record or transmit data that is unlawful under the jurisdictions in which you operate.
5. Aviation Disclaimer — please read carefully
FlightFlow is an aid to flight management and computation, not a substitute for any official source.
Weight and balance, performance, timing, and other outputs are aids to recording and checking flight information.
FlightFlow does NOT replace, and is not intended to replace:
- The official aircraft flight manual (AFM / RFM / POH) published by the aircraft manufacturer.
- Any aviation regulation, airworthiness directive, operator's manual or operations specification issued by the relevant civil aviation authority.
- The pilot-in-command's own situational awareness, training, experience and final judgement.
Before flight, qualified personnel must verify inputs and outputs against current approved manuals, company procedures, regulations, and actual conditions. The pilot in command makes the final operational decision.
6. Intellectual property
FlightFlow and its branding and software are provided by 济南航维科技有限公司. Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the applicable App Store license terms.
7. Third-party services
FlightFlow uses the following third-party services:
- Alibaba Cloud SMS — sends the SMS verification codes requested by you.
- Alibaba Cloud — hosting for the FlightFlow backend (China region).
8. Account deletion
You may stop using FlightFlow at any time. See Account Deletion for how to delete your account. We may restrict access if needed to protect service security or comply with law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here and, where appropriate, announced in the app.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
