Account Deletion
You can delete your FlightFlow account directly in the iPhone app.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete Account, review the notice, and confirm. If you cannot sign in, contact Koncege@163.com for help.
What happens after confirmation
When the request succeeds, your account is closed immediately. Sign-in identifiers and personal profile data are removed, sessions are revoked, and access to company workspaces ends. Data in your exclusive personal workspace is deleted.
Company records
Flight tasks and records held in a company workspace are company business records. They and the minimum pilot information needed to keep them complete may remain where applicable aviation recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations require it. Your account no longer grants access to them.
Data on your device
After a successful deletion, the app clears its saved sign-in state and local account data on that device. If you used FlightFlow only without an account, uninstalling the app removes its local data; there is no online account to delete.
Before you delete
Save any task reports you need before confirming. Deleted personal data cannot be restored. For questions about your data, contact Koncege@163.com.
