Enter PIC, SIC, pax and fuel; FlightFlow computes total weight, moment and CG against the aircraft envelope — dispatch-ready result.

Flight Records

Per-leg engine-on / off-off with cycle counts, leg role, origin-destination and remarks — fully backfillable, fully traceable.

Cloud Sync

When signed in, data syncs over HTTPS with transport encryption. A new device can restore synced tasks, aircraft, and settings.

PDF Export

Generate an on-device PDF task report with crew, legs, performance, and PIC signature, then share it by AirDrop, email, or another share destination.

    Pick aircraft, mission type, enter crew / pax / fuel. FlightFlow computes total weight and CG envelope, generates the W&B table.

    Engine-on timing

    Tap engine-on to start leg timing — Live Activity pushes to Lock Screen and Dynamic Island; cycles auto-increment per leg.

  3. 03

    Engine-off & backfill

    One tap to close the leg; duration is written automatically. Missed legs can be backfilled later — the record stays complete.

  4. 04

    Signature & export

    PIC signs in-app; FlightFlow generates a complete PDF task report and shares via AirDrop, email, or messaging.

Common questions about FlightFlow.

Which aircraft are supported?

Choose a supported aircraft preset in the app. Enter the actual aircraft's registration and weight-and-balance values from its records.

Is my data uploaded to the cloud?

By default data is stored in the app’s protected on-device container and sign-in tokens are stored in Keychain. Cloud sync is optional and uses HTTPS transport encryption.

Does FlightFlow work offline?

Yes. The pre-flight wizard, engine-on timing, weight & balance, performance stats and PDF export all work fully offline. Only sign-in and cloud sync require a network.

Which devices are supported?

iOS 17 and later. iPhone 14 Pro or newer is recommended for the full Dynamic Island experience. iPad runs in compatibility mode.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit Account Deletion for details.
